designed for each age group enable young
children to build strength, flexibility,
balance and focus while having fun
exploring the vast array of yoga postures
that are inspired by nature and animals.
Story time and brief periods of meditation
will enable children to develop inner focus
and spend a few quiet moments with
themselves.
Yoga is a fun and effective
ways for
children to develop important motor skills, coordination and confidence in a
non-competitive, yet progressively
challenging environment.
