Big Stretch Body Tune-up Workshop Sunday July 18, 2010 1:45 - 3:45 p.m You tune-up your car... now tune-up your body! This 2 hour stretch intensive will help relieve those nagging aches and pains from your training and racing. You will leave feeling 'light' and a little more balanced. Muscles, joints and tendons that are often strained and subject to overuse injury will be the focus of this workout. This is a suitable for those new to yoga and also a good refresher for those that have taken Christine Felstead's Yoga for Runners workshop series.
