for beginners


Advance your practice in a smaller group setting with students at the same level.

This 5 week beginner yoga series is recommended for students who have completed Yoga Basics 1, or have limited yoga experience but want to explore the basics of yoga in more detail and in a smaller group setting.

This workshop is designed to advance your yoga practice by developing:

  • proper yoga alignment techniques
  • core and upper body strength
  • stability in yoga poses

You will be encouraged to develop a practice with awareness of your particular body and it's needs and to have fun!

Regular attendance in this workshop is encouraged for the best experience possible.

This beginner yoga workshop is recommended for students who have practiced some yoga within the
last 6 months or so; otherwise we recommend registering in our Yoga Basics 1 workshop.
