Personal Yoga Advancement & optional Teacher Training Program

Explore yoga at a level beyond regular drop-in classes delve deeper into yoga …the theory …the philosophy…the asanas…advance your personal yoga practice to a higher level by personal coaching by some of Toronto’s best teachers and optionally, train to become a yoga teacher in your community.

Breathe offers students the most flexible and personalized yoga training program available in Toronto.

Dedicated students of yoga now have the opportunity to enroll in a comprehensive and structured course to advance their theory and practice of yoga with senior yoga teachers.

The Breathe program is highly unique as the primary focus of the training will be on integrating the theory of yoga through a regular and dedicated personal yoga practice approach with personalized coaching from senior teachers. Ultimately the more we challenge and know about our own functioning body and yoga practice the better equipped we become as students and ultimately teachers of yoga.

Students may choose to enroll in a Personal Yoga Advancement Series of Weekend Workshops only or add the Teacher Training component if you plan to become a teacher. Breathe is the only studio in Toronto offering students the opportunity for higher learning without the added cost and time commitment of a full Teacher Training program.
