Pre-Natal Yoga

Regular participation in a prenatal program will not only help you stay in shape while pregnant, but help prepare for the birthing process through learning to reduce labour-associated tension and anxiety.  

Learn how to tap into your own labour tools and bring them with you on your journey into motherhood.  

The key elements of prenatal yoga, including breathing, yoga postures, stretching, and releasing the spine will be the focus of this class. 

Appropriate for any stage of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is required. 

 By pre-registering for 6 or 12 weeks, students receive a discount off the regular drop-in rate and are guaranteed a spot in the class. Registration may be made at any time (there are no start/end dates)

Please note that if you are pre-registering the classes must be taken in a 6 or 12 week consecutive time period.  Missed classes may not be made up other than for reasons of illness. 

If you are registering on-line please bring your paypal receipt to the first class.
