Moms n’ Tots Yoga
(or Dads or Caregivers!)

Parents or caregivers can enjoy a dynamic vinyasa –based yoga class while their tots (crawling to 18 mos) play and socialize safely with their peers. 

This 5 week series will be progressive, enabling participants to build strength,  enhance their flexibility and learn proper alignment and breathing techniques.

Participants of all fitness levels are welcome.

Please bring a toy that is suitable for sharing with other tots.
