Intro to Inversions with Andrea Peloso Sunday February 28 1:45-3:45pm This workshop will be a gentle, safe and fun introduction to shoulderstand and halasana (lying on your back with feet over the head), headstand and handstands. Whether you have never done these beofre and want a safe space to learn, or you re working on these poses this as a great chance to deepen your practiice. Restorative poses as well as active postures will be explored, aw will the health benefits of inversions. Beginner level students and new
inverters welcome! Andrea Peloso has been practicing yoga in various modalities for twelve years and completed her teaching certification at the Downward Dog Yoga Center in 2003. Andrea provides a challenging, participatory, and fun environment that accepts the unique challenges and abilities of each individual. As Breathe Yoga Studio's primary Yoga Basics instructor, she has introduced hundreds of absolute beginners to yoga and continues to inspire her student to advance their yoga practice.
