PRIMARY SERIES CLASSES

 

The Ashtanga practice was originally designed as a self practice under the guidance of a senior teacher.  Self practice, or Mysore, enables a deeper exploration of poses and a personal discovery of where our bodies and minds are and the limitless possibilities of where we can take ourselves.

To get there, we learn the Full Ashtanga Primary series and practice it daily under the guidance of a senior teacher.

To get there, come to the Tuesday and Friday Led Primary Series classes where we will practice the full series as a group under the guidance of our teachers. Here you will begin to get comfortable with and learn the series.

Confurrently, come to Mysore classes and begin your journey into self practice.  A teacher and assistants will work with you individually to guide you, support you and propel you forward in your practice. You will begin to experience the joy and freedom that an independent practice brings.
