HEART&SOLE

RUN CLUB

Explore a more balanced training experience where heart and sole unite through the practice of yoga and meditative running. Learn how to connect mind, body and soul in the running experience to discover more personal fulfillment in your training.

Meditative running trains your mind to focus inward, instills calm and, most importantly, to remain present in the moment. The Heart & Sole Run Club applies the principles of yoga to running, allowing you to explore new heights in your running and take your training to the next level.

 

How It Works.
Participants will each receive:


• a 30 Minute Meditation class
• 1 hour group consultation with Tanis

   McLaren, Naturopathic Doctor to review

   diet and overall health needs
•  A personalised running and yoga program
•  up to 3 yoga classes/wk + 3 organized

   runs/wk depending upon your program

 

When it Starts.
Friday January 20 6:30pm Information Session


The program will launch with an Orientation Session with Christine Felstead + Running leaders.  Join us for a full overview of the program and ask questions on how the program can benefit you personally.
