Enfield, trained in both Pilates and Yoga, has developed a class
which fuses the two very complimentary practices. A strong core makes
for a stronger, safer yoga practice and a healthy back. Come join
us on Tuesdays at 4:30 and watch as your body grows
stronger, leaner and more efficient in carrying out your daily activities
and other sports! Early Morning Full Primary Series Class Due to the overwhelming response to the Explore and Soar Early Morning Primary Series class and the Early morning series that followed, Breathe has continued to offer a 6am Full Primary Series class on Mondays. Energise your Mondays and your entire week by joining us for this challenging and fun class that explores the full Primary Series the way in which it was designed in India.
