Yoga for Runners
A regular drop-in yoga class for the athletic body. The class will
focus on body issues most common to runners, endurance athletes or those
with active lifestyles. The class is taught by Christine Felstead, a former
marathon runner and developer of the popular Yoga for Runners workshop series.
She has worked with hundreds of runners in the past few years, specifically
instructing them to use the foundation of yoga to counteract the effects
of repetitive strain related to running. Her workshops are very popular
and sought after by the running community. This drop-in class is a great
way to learn to avoid injury and improve your overall running.
