Vinyasa Flow

You will experience a moderate paced flow of postures linked sequentially by the breath. In this class, you will create heat through asana (poses) and pranayama for the top half of the class then begin to enter longer held poses slowing the pace down.

Poses will build upon each other allowing for deeper release of blocked energies and gradually increasing flexibility. A great class for new and more seasoned practitioners wherein each person will be encouraged to work at their own pace.
