Mysore
The term "Mysore" is used to describe the method of
ashtanga practice in which students go at their own pace under
close instructor guidance. Students may start or finish anytime during the
class. The instructor gives individual guidance and hands-on adjustments
to the students, and assistance in mastering specific asanas in the
ashtanga primary series. Mysore is considered essential to students
desiring to further deepen and personalise their practice.
