Ashtanga Level 1-2

This class is for students who feel comfortable in Level 1 and want to move to the next level. This a more challenging class, exploring the more difficult postures of the Ashtanga series.

The Tuesday 6pm class with Laurie will alternate between being a flow class that blends awareness of alignment and breath in a continuous flow style-- to a workshop style that is designed to dissect poses enabling students bodies to feel, and their minds to explore  poses more full fully.
