Beginner Ashtanga Yoga

In this beginner yoga class, students will be introduced to postures, proper alignment and will learn to synchronize their breath with the postures. We recommend that all students new to the Ashtanga practice begin here or take our Yoga Basics 1 course

The class is also beneficial to more advanced students who will benefit from a continued education of the details of the Ashtanga practice.
